Hello all, and once again I’m drafting this post from my phone.
I feel like the more I read of this book, the more time I’m wasting. The first few things were things I felt applied to me, but the more I read, the less I feel like I need the book. Following it word for word is hard because I’m not convinced of the words that it’s saying.
That being said, dear reader, for the next 13 days, you and I are going to try something new. I’m going to keep up with the daily updates, but now instead of telling you why I’m stressed or anything along those lines, I’m going to tell you about the positive parts of my day. I know you don’t really care about my anxious thoughts, and maybe it’ll help any anxious thoughts you may have. Reading my positive things, I mean.
The conclusion of this part of my experiment is that self help books are still a load of you-know-what, and yes, I did waste $11. Let’s finish the month out together and happily!
Thanks for reading!
